1. Wash your hands, then take one applicator out of its packaging.
2. Remove the protective cap from the applicator.
3. Lie comfortably on your back, knees slightly bent.
4. Gently insert the tip into the vagina, then press to release the gel.
5. Gently remove the applicator.
6. Throw the applicator away after use (single use).
Apply the gel at least 30 minutes before intercourse, and only from the 3rd day after the end of your period.
